After we review your request, we will give you a phone call! After that, we will usually come for a home visit to assess your project and discuss plans.

After your in-home meeting, we will schedule a time to meet with you in our showroom. We will walk through a 3D design model of your project and make adjustments to optimize a design that suits your style and needs.

Installation is typically scheduled within 4-5 weeks after your order is placed. All personal belongings must be removed before installation day. If you need help with removal of existing shelving or wall patch and paint, we have teams that can help!
